Eduardo Caso Promoted to Executive Vice President

June 9, 2025

Texas Regional Bank (TRB) announces the promotion of Eduardo Caso, Head of International Private Banking, to Executive Vice President.

Caso joined TRB in 2018 to establish the International Private Banking Division. Since then, the division has become a strategic part of the bank’s service offering—particularly in supporting cross-border business and strengthening financial relationships between the U.S. and Mexico. Under E.C.’s leadership, the division has grown steadily and continues to deliver meaningful value to TRB’s clients and operations.

In addition, the Foreign Exchange Department, housed within the division, has executed more than 11,000 transactions since 2021, reinforcing TRB’s ability to meet the complex needs of internationally active clients.

“Caso’s leadership has been instrumental in expanding TRB’s international presence and helping us deliver the specialized banking services our clients need,” said Michael Scaief, President. “His expertise will continue to create meaningful impact across the division and further position the bank as a diversified financial services provider.”

Caso’s promotion recognizes not only his accomplishments, but also the growing importance of international services to TRB’s long-term strategy. He remains a key member of the executive team as TRB continues to scale its product and service offerings.
